Recently I complained to my Public Mental Health Clinic Kitsap Mental Health about their Displays of Drug Company Gifts. Here is a scan of the letter they send back to me. This is done as a 6 color gif file to save bandwidth.

I am in the process of writing a rubuttal and will post it here when it is done.

  I got an answer to me rebuttal. It was rather short it said that I would have to appeal with the local mental health ombuds. KMH does not see the conflict of interest. I intend to do that and to write letters to the editor of my local paper.

  Recently Spotted on Ebay, doctors (?) selling drug rep items
  Thanks again for the bids and here are today’s additions: a Patanol® hot/cold eye pack, a TriCor® tape measure, a Sporanox® PulsePak® nail file, a Levoxyl® squeeze toy and two bars of scented soap from Estrostep®.

  Here are some more neat drug rep items and these are today’s additions: A Ceclor CD® holiday music CD, an Amaryl® calculator/ruler, an Actonel® computer note holder and two brand new issue plastic pens, a fat red and clear gripper pen form Famvir® and a pretty pink see-thru clicker from Tiazac®. There are 111 pens in the auction now.

  Thanks again for the bids! Here are the additions for today: a Fosamax® insulated stainless steel and plastic travel tumbler with lid; a heavy clear blue plastic Aciphex® mug; an insulated Activella® lunch bag with strap and three more new and different plastic pens that I just found today, from Lexapro®, Celexa® and Axert®. All of these are brand new and never used. Good luck and be sure to come back tomorrow for the final additions.

  Thanks again for all of the bids! Here are the last additions: an umbrella from Pletal®; an Aciphex® pocket penlight; a Biaxin® XL pen knife with scissors, nail file, toothpick, tweezers and a neat little leather case and , finally, one more plastic pen, a bright red one from Plavix®. That’s 115 different pens in all now plus all of the other stuff. Good luck!
